Incredible Sales Tool!

This book provides a down-to-earth, yet incisive sales approach. Lenann masterfully shows readers how to benefit clients by using their own words. I prefer to see books that provide concrete examples to pure theory, so I was pleased to see the section that featured sales dialogue. These examples offer tips and priceless insights that you can actually practice in both your professional and daily life. I found this book to be extremely helpful.

I just finished reading Lenann McGookey Gardner's book "Got Sales", and I was so fascinated by her book that I could not put it down. I have read many sales books, but this one is so simple to read and understand. This is a book that I will read and re-read on a daily basis like I do with "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill, so I will stay on top of my sales game. I believe that in order to succeed in the business world that one must innovate or you will evaporate. Lenann you have done a great job, and everyone in sales should read your book.
